Bay Elementary's Teacher of the Month for April greets everyone with a smile, and her laugh can be heard throughout the school. She greatly loves all of her students, both past and present. Her students also love her back. They love her sense of humor and how welcome she makes them feel. Parents love how she helps to instill confidence in their children and how supportive she is in helping them learn. For these reasons and more, Mrs. Kristy Spencer makes an excellent candidate for our April Teacher of the Month.
