Elementary's teacher of the month for January is both an educator and a coach. Students describe her as hard working, kind, funny, and see her as a role model. As a coach, her students appreciate how patient she is with them and how she makes cheerleading fun. Parents love that she takes the time to connect with all of her students. They also value how she promotes S.T.I.N.G. behaviors and how accommodating she is. For these reasons and more, Mrs. Kim Novalick is a well-deserving candidate for our Elementary Teacher of the Month.
