2023-24 Yearbooks are in. If your student is still here, it will be sent home with them. If you no longer attend Bay or are a graduate, you can come to the office during school hours and see Mr. Tsui to pick it up.
If you did not purchase a 2023-24 yearbook, but would like one, we have several still available for sale. They are $55. If you have any questions, please email Mr. Tsui at atsui@bay.k12.ar.us.

Mrs. Carmer's art students participated again in the "Empty Bowls" project sponsored by the Food Bank. This year, they made 70 bowls to donate to the event. The "Empty Bowls" project is a fundraising initiative that entitles attendees to a meal and a unique bowl. These keepsake bowls serve as a continual reminder to our community of the profound message-that somewhere, someone's bowl is empty.

Mark your calendars! Purple/Gold game is coming up soon!

The K-6 Student of the Month for September is Daxton Perrin.
Dax has proven that he is responsible and shows initiative in fifth grade. On a daily basis, he consistently displays excellent work ethic, takes pride in improving, and thrives when given the chance to compete against his peers. He is as respectful as any student at Bay Elementary and is a role model for behavior. Dax stood out to his teachers for showing initiative when one school day he was missing an assignment in reading class, so he went all by himself to the teacher and asked if he could do extra reading at home to make up for the missing paper. We are proud to have the opportunity to teach Dax in the fifth grade, and we know he will continue to be successful because of his outstanding initiative and responsibility.
